Every project begins with structural resolution. We document each critical phase to maintain transparency across zoning permits, framing, and architectural finishes.

Century masonry underpin and rear cantilever
A three-storey 1890s brick home required full basement lowering alongside a suspended cantilevered glass envelope. We engineered bench-pinning sequences to preserve historical party walls while dropping the grade by thirty-six inches.
Triple-ply structural steel columns were threaded through existing floor plates without disturbing original plaster ceiling medallions above. The finished build integrates silent hydronic radiant subfloors with unobstructed sightlines into the private rear terrace.
